Toolkits and free resources that are available online are
within the
free resources section of the website. If you can't find
the toolkit you want here, please contact our Library Information
Service on 020 7843 6008 or at library@ncb.org.uk.
How do I report a broken link on your website?
Please tell us by emailing websupport@ncb.org.uk and
we will fix the link as soon as possible.

How can I view PDF files on the website?
You need to have the latest version of Adobe PDF Reader to
download and view PDF files correctly.

What is your linking policy?
We do not generally link to third party sites from our public site
but we do offer a resource of useful links to our members. If you
think your site may be helpful for NCB members, please contact us
at membership@ncb.org.uk.

How do I find the contact details of an NCB staff
member?
Please contact enquiries@ncb.org.uk and we
will direct your enquiry to the relevant contact at NCB.
How do I subscribe to or get removed from a mailing
list?
Please email websupport@ncb.org.uk,
stating the name of the mailing list and whether you wish to be
subscribed to or removed from it.
What do I need to do if I want to reproduce any material
from your wesbite?
Please email Paul Taylor ptaylor@ncb.org.uk detailing
the materials you would like to use and in what context.

do?
Try using the search feature on the NCB site. You could also
